About The Founder
Amir Kalde is a Central Florida real estate investor and entrepreneur, and the founder of Ideal Houses and Amir Houses. With more than two decades of hands-on experience, he has built and managed a diverse real estate portfolio throughout Central Florida, with Lakeland serving as his home and business base.
Originally from Jerusalem, Amir began in business at a young age and came to the United States in 2002. Although he arrived with business experience, establishing himself in a new country brought its own challenges. Those experiences taught him perseverance and helped shape his belief that people should not always be defined by a credit score, foreclosure, bankruptcy, or a difficult chapter in their lives.
Over the years, Amir developed extensive experience in foreclosures, tax deed properties, title research, property management, and long-term investing. Seeing firsthand the difficulties families can face after financial hardship also influenced the way he approaches housing.
Whenever possible, Amir believes in looking at the individual circumstances behind the numbers and giving deserving people an opportunity to move forward.
Real estate sometimes requires difficult decisions, and not every business relationship ends with everyone satisfied. Amir’s approach is to remain focused on the facts, honor his commitments, treat people fairly, and continue moving forward.
His philosophy is simple: work hard, keep your word, learn from every setback, and whenever possible, use your experience and success to create opportunities for others.
